Doctor Who continues to. The latest episode, the second in a two-part story, has and her companions challenged in ways they never have been before. Doctor Who’s “Spyfall: Part Two” starts with the Doctor and her companions all stuck in difficult situations.Warning: there are spoilers ahead “Spyfall: Part Two.” So for those of you who don’t want to know what happened, stop reading now.

While Part 1 of ‘Spyfall’ was certainly not a classic in the making, there was enough fun that I was mildly entertained. Whereas Part 2 had me wanting to be on my phone rather than watch for most of the episode.

The Doctor is stuck in the same forest made of wires that Yasmin got stuck in She is talking to herself and trying to keep her hopes up.Meanwhile, back on the plane, Ryan, Graham, and Yasmin are trying to avoid crashing. A message from the Doctor pops up on the TV screen and she tells her friends what to do, helping them to get out of their situation. After that, they get off the plane and quickly have to hide from Daniel Barton, the owner of the technology company Vor who is helping the Master and the other aliens with their evil plan.

A woman named Ada Lovelace is in there with her.The two women talk, Ada convinced that the aliens are her “guardians.” The Doctor then grabs Ada’s hand and is transported to 19th century London.

While they’re talking, the Master asks if the Doctor has been back home to Gallifrey lately.

With help from Noor, the Doctor is able to make it look like the Master is a British spy, which ends in him getting captured by Nazi soldiers he was previously working with. With the Master at least temporarily taken care of, the Doctor, Ada, and Noor break into the Master’s TARDIS and use it to get back to the 21st century.Now that the Doctor is back where she needs to be, Doctor Who: “Spyfall: Part Two” begins to unravel the Master’s plan. It turns out that the Master is only using the Kasaavin as a means to an end and plans on getting rid of them afterward. The Doctor reveals this and the Master is trapped in the same place the Doctor and Yasmin were, the Kasaavin’s dimension. The Doctor then finds her TARDIS and drops Noor and Ada back in their proper time periods, but not before erasing their memories of the adventures they had with her.
