Once you are back in control, quickly shoot down the helicopter with the rocket launcher. It will crash into the ground below.

Travel down the mountain, and destroy the wooden doors with an explosive. You will find the crash site up the path, and Pagan Min's body nearby. Loot his body to get Pagan Min's Golden Pen (worth 300,000 rupees), Lapel Pin #2 (worth 350,000 rupees), and 250,000 rupees. Then, fast travel to anywhere nearby, and return to his body to be able to loot him again. All items respawn after each fast travel.
