This company is the WORST!!!!!This company is the WORST!!!!!! Stay away.!My order took 3 weeks to arrive. I open the box and realized the item was to big. Trying to return it and called 4 times left 6 emails but customer service has to wait for Return service to reply!

After a month and some days they send me the return information and gave me 15 DAYS to return. They wrote the return notice on December 17, 2019 but did not send it to me till December 30, 2019 there is no way I can ship this back in time unless I do one day shipping which I have to pay for!!!!!

This place is a joke and a scam of a place!!!!!!! You were warned!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a medical device that was backordered and the purchase was cancelled without any explanation or followup as to why. After contacting customer service, I was advised that due to it being backorder the papypal charge was cancelled. I would have charged to another source. Why was I able to order knowing that a backordered item with PayPal had this issue?

Checks need to be put in place to not allow PayPal to be charged on backordered items-siren I was told PayPal has a 5 day term. Item is now 15 dollars more and my original purchase price was denied by management. Item is still available for purchase on line. They did not want to honor original purchase price since they will make more money. Also, website specifically indicates I cannot cancel or return item. Truly in favor of vendor. They just lost a major account purchaser.

My company purchased one item from them several years ago, and they've been calling ever since. I've asked them multiple times to stop calling. Last week, I asked them to put us on their DNC list, and now they're still calling me again this week.The item we purchased is fine, but I wish I had bought it anywhere else so that I wouldn't still have to talk to them every month years later. I've made it clear we have no need for their services, I've asked them to please stop in every way I know how. At this point it feels like harassment and I just want them to stop wasting my time.

After almost a month after ordering, my cabinet was delivered - with the wrong bins. For a week I have spoken to Global Industrial associates who have said 'we'll get this resolved right away' and 'I will email you right away', neither of which happened. On the 7th day I was told the replacement order was just placed and it will ship 8 days from now from the manufacturer. Again, no follow up email which was promised. Global Industrial does not stock anything and just places an order from the manufacturer for you.

Had I known the service was this bad I would have gone directly to the manufacturer and paid the extra monies. Avoid Global Industrial. Once they have your money you will just get the run around, bad service, etc. And they do not approve negative reviews for posting on their website which is why it looks like everyone who shops there is happy. I ordered some file cabinets in January and was still waiting for them to ship after a month. I then called and was told they couldn't be delivered due to weather.

I called each week for another month and always had the same status. I then cancelled the order. After another 3 weeks they shipped the order that I had cancelled.

Its now April and I'm just now receiving a credit, not a refund, minus the shipping charges. I'm still dealing with their customer service to get the full amount, in refund. I placed a small order on 8/9/18 (3 desks and 2 partition pieces).

3 weeks later I received the 'complete order ONLY 1/2 of it was missing! Desk tops with no legs, no partitions etc. On 8/29/18 I called them to advise them of this on 8/30, I called again because there was no confirmation of follow up and AGAIN had to ask for a correction to this - I was told the order would be rushed.

Today is 9/12/18 STILL WAITING! Numerous phone calls later over the last 1-1/2 week gets me nowhere. Horrible customer service. The tracking information on their website has not been updated for my order in two weeks. I was told Friday that it would be delivered that day and that I needed to wait until 7:30 pm for it to arrive. It didn't show.

Then I was told it would be delivered Monday. It didn't show.

I received a call on Monday from someone from their customer service team asking for more info about how I typically order. I asked if she would like to hear how my experience was. She said not really. They do not care about customers or their experience in the slightest.

Order has not been received and trucking company lost the paperwork from which shipment was suppose to be delivered on 9/17/18. Called Global on 9/19/18 and was put on hold from a support person for 48:21 minutes with no answer. Called back on 9/20/18 and customer service person said she'd take care of it and follow with the carrier. 4 hours go by with no call back for updates. Called them back and spoke to a Julie and told her to cancel the order. Let's see if Global follows thru this time with what they promise.

Will never use them again. Told me prior to placing the order to send my sales tax exemption, then said to place the order and they would credit me back the sales tax. Days and days of run-around and one department not knowing what the others are doing.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Still don't have a credit and had to file a dispute. You don't even get an answer.

Totally incompetent people working here and when they email they don't list their name or who to contact. Wish I'd of seen these reviews prior to ordering. You can't cancel an order because they don't respond! I ordered a workbench with this company. I first placed an order that later on had to get canceled since it was so heavy!

I then was told to wait to receive a cancellation email before reordering. I never received such an email. I had to call the Sales Rep that placed the order. This was a week later, and then 2 days later I received a very generic email from Jessica, 'Your order has been canceled.' I still don't know if I got charged since it was placed on another corporate card. I then called back the Sales Rep, she got a quote for me as I needed the workbench to be delivered to a specific lab where I would later have someone else assemble.

I waited 2 extra days for this quote that was $400 more.I just agreed since it was a hazard for an employee to carry. The delivery company came, and refused to go into my office! So now I have a huge and heavy box sitting outside.

I immediately called the Sales Rep where she later on transferred me to customer service only to hear 'dead silence.' So I hung up and directly called CS. I gave the customer service rep my order number, and she states that I was never charged this service.

I had to have her pull up the original canceled order to show the same items were ordered, but a $400 delivery difference. She then placed me on hold to verify this.um hello common sense that I was charged for this delivery service. She then said she would contact that delivery service to see what would happen. This happened on a Friday and I am on PST so I was willing to give it until Tuesday morning for an answer for them to either take it into the office or refund. On Wednesday (3 days after contacting) I finally called customer service. They said my refund was pending approval.

I made them refund me at that very moment. So overall, terrible, and I mean terrible communication with this company. It took a month for this whole ordering and receiving. We ordered a rectangle picnic table & benches for a client of ours on Beaver Island. We received the rectangular table and the benches. Then order a circular picnic table & a few more benches. We received the benches but not table so than we called they sent a replacement table, then two weeks later we received the circular table.

Then we got the replacement table, which was A. A rectangular table and B. Damaged when we picked up off the boat dock. We then called to send it back, but they wanted me to send pictures. When I went to send the pictures, it generated an error message.

So, then I kept calling and finally after the third person it went through. But they told me they could only give me the picnic table at a discounted rate, the discount was $150.00 off. It originally cost $758.91 I emailed back and we do not want a damaged picnic table when could they come pick it up never got a response called back today just to get told by federal law you have 5 days to report it damaged.

So, we now have a damaged table that we must pay $ 608.91 for. Bought $2,000 scrubbing machine and to find out they have no technical support and no one there could help. I'm stuck with a machine and cannot use.

I recently attempted to order a flushometer from this company on line. My first attempt generated an error when the system refused to accept the exploration date of my credit card. I re-entered all the information and got the same results.

Clearly the order was not accepted. I tried again, using a different credit card. This time, I received no online confirmation that the order was accepted. In all three attempts, I received neither an online confirmation or a confirmation email. I went to a different supplier's website and had no trouble placing my order. Days later, I received emails from a shipping company indicating three packages from Global were on their way.

I attempted to contact the company but was unable to do so. I refused all three shipments as filed a claim with the credit card companies when the charges appeared. My claim with American Express resulted in a credit, from the company, only for the cost of the product - the freight charge credit was rejected. As a result of this companies terrible website I will never do business with them and will tell others of my troubles.

The business cancelled my order without informing me of the cancellation. I discovered the cancellation when I logged onto my account online the week after the order was cancelled. I requested a refund via a check which I was told would take two weeks. After two weeks, the check had not arrived and I called to inquire about the status of the check. After conversations with multiple customer service representatives, I found out that my refund check is being delayed because their New York offices are closed with no expectations or time window as to when they will open their offices again.

As such, Global Industrial is holding onto my money with no information on when they will return it because their offices are closed of their own recognizance. In addition, they could continually state that their offices are closed and never return my money and effectively force me into giving them an interest-free loan. SAD SITUATIONNEVER RECEIVED THE ITEMS AND STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THEY STATE THAT THE MANUFACTURE HAS TO CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE THEY CAN. I ORDERED FROM GLOBAL INDUSTRIES AND NOT THE MANUFACTURER.

SAD SITUATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE RUDE.
