It shuts down at will, costing one games, boosters and wastes your money. It's a slap in the face! They still have lunar new year decorations and snow up, which is an indication of what a low priority this is for them! Also-runs out of levels! Don't bother with tech support, as it takes weeks for NO satisfaction-just don't spend money-that way when it does all these bad things to you, it no loss-just a dumb game. I had restored over 15 areas and am so very disappointed over 4300 levels- It will only be a matter of time before it does it to you!!! WINDOWS IS NEVER UPDATED!I hear what everyone is saying about the game being hard. I DONT agree actually. I'm almost on level 2000 and I don't have a problem most times getting passed a level. You get power Ups for free you get lives sent to you in the game for free. Its STRATEGY!My problem is Windows is NEVER UPDATED! We haven't gotten an update since January. Meanwhile on social media I get to see all of the updates, stories and prizes I'm missing!I would give 5 stars but basically three months with no update while everyone else is getting one is just unfair.Otherwise awesome game.

What I don't like is that almost all of the levels are just about impossible to pass. At least the first time around. Not without using most of the boosters. All the boosters do pretty much the same thing (except the color wheel), some just have more impact on the playing field. Why isn't there a booster that clears a whole row or column? I do like being able to activate the color wheel, That is a big help.
