One of the most interesting battle systems I've played in recent years. The fact that items are limited to once use per battle (but are automatically recharged at the end of it, so I don't have to worry about what would happen it I waste X so soon) is a godsend. The game does a lot of interesting stuff, with characters feeling fresh and distinctive, it's really cool. I've mainly played on Hard and I think it hits the right chords in terms of difficulty. I've had to retry some boss fights to change my strategy, but I never hit a wall I felt I couldn't overcome.Wish the best to the team!

I'll try to keep myself informed with the team future projects. Hi, to clarify a few things here. We've tried to talk to Nintendo several times in 2016 & 2017 to let us port Cosmic Star Heroine to Switch. Their responses were 'Try again later' and eventually silence. They never mentioned the PS4 or Vita releases as reasons for rejecting the game. We've looked into publishers in the past, but recently, a new publisher that we respect offered a very good deal to both port & publish the game on Switch (and most likely XBO as well). Very favorable to us with royalties & saves us a lot of work and hassle.

Nothing signed yet, but we're going to talk details later this month & I'm optimistic that things will work out.Barring any unforseen problems at the last minute, the Vita version of the game is almost ready to submit. It'll have the two cut bonus dungeons at launch (which will also be added to the other versions by a patch at around the same time). Same thing for the Mac & Linux versions. For our next game, we've got two options that we're toying with. Chances are whichever game we don't chose, would end up being the game after next.Rx Machina - Surgeons pilot mechs that can miniaturize and fight sentient viruses. Would have a Persona sim element between dungeons.Cthulhu Saves the Game - A Cthulhu Saves the World sequel where the multiverse has been disrupted and you have to travel between different games (real and fake) and fight Elder Gods to restore order. I've talked to a few developers and already have 4 on-board with letting us use their well-known indie (6 or 7 digit sales on Steam) games if we proceed.
